Personal Injury Claim
When you submit your claim to easy2claim, a member of our friendly, dedicated team of Solicitors will call you to discuss your accident with you. They will take all the details that they need from you and set up your claim for compensation. They’ll ask the questions so don’t worry about a thing.
Once you’ve spoken to your Solicitor, they’ll draft the letter of claim for your approval. This letter describes the accident circumstances and injuries that you have sustained in detail.
Once it’s been approved, your Solicitor will send the letter of claim to the person responsible for your accident (the Defendant). The Defendant’s insurance company will respond on their behalf and after considering the letter of claim, they will provide their decision on liability.
Once liability has been admitted, your Solicitor may at this stage be able to recover your loss of earnings for you.
Your Solicitor will then take steps to value your claim and will request an offer of settlement from the Defendant. If you wish to accept this offer, you can and your Solicitor will send you your cheque, your claim will then come to an end.
If you don’t wish to accept the offer at this stage, your Solicitor will advise you of an appropriate offer to put forward to the Defendant.
You will receive 100% of your compensation as your Solicitor will recover your costs on top of your compensation.
