Complaints Procedure

Easy2Claim is committed to excellent customer service. If you have a complaint, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

All complaints are registered on our system and a written confirmation is sent out within five working days, including the name of the person who is dealing with your complaint.

We will then investigate and contact you again within ten working days to discuss your complaint and try to resolve it for you. A confirmation of the resolution will be sent to you.

If you are not satisfied that your complaint has been resolved fully, you will be asked to detail why, and let us know how you would like it to be resolved. We will pass the details on to an independent individual to look over for us, and you will be asked again to discuss your complaint within five working days to come to a full resolution.

Confirmation of the resolution will be sent to you in writing.
